Ecja do të fillojë nga restaurant Liqeni, ngjitja do të bëhet nga shtegu i cili kalon përgjatë bjeshkës së Kuqishtës.
Pajisjet e nevojshme; cokulla / pllanika, duks, pelerina e shiut, jakne dhe pantallona për dimër, doreza dhe kapuç, si dhe preferohen edhe getet për borë.
Ecja do të jetë e moderuar dhe e përballueshme për fillestarë.
Shtegu për ecje ka burime të ujit (mund të jenë të ngrira), kështu që rekomandohet të keni së paku 1.5 L ujë me vete.
Informata shtesë; Liqenti 1970 m/lmd lokalizohet në Parkun Nacional “Bjeshkët e Nemuna” në territorin e bjeshkëve të Rugovës, afër fshatit Kuqishtë.
